All people have different motivations to exercise.
But the most important reason why you should start an exercise program is your personal health. Physical fitness can be measured in many ways and health is one of them. You can take simple steps to increase your life expectancy by decreasing your risk of heart disease and other medical conditions. Many people ended their lives prematurely because they did not follow some simple rules.
Eating fish twice a week could give you extra years of life. Everyone does not like to fish things so good that they catch oil pads. Fish or fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids that are good for the heart. I would recommend eating fish instead of taking pills for several reasons. The pills are the best for the natural substance since they are extracted from fish oils. The number two reason is that fish contains large amounts of protein and low-fat content. Americans are struggling to eat enough protein while maintaining low fat intake. If you like to fish, I would recommend eating it 4 times a week, but if you’re like me and hate fish, make sure you eat it at least twice a week. If you can’t stop, just take the pills because they work well, but they are not as effective as reality.
Here are other ways that exercise can improve your health. Exercise can also help your cholesterol. Cardio increases the amount of good cholesterol in your body, which will help transport LDL (bad cholesterol) away from tissues and organs. Exercise for health is as important as your diet. You should do at least 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week to avoid being sedentary. High-density lipoproteins are produced in your body when you exercise. The higher the HDL, the lower the risk of heart disease. HDL actually counts as a negative risk factor for heart disease, which means that if you have an HDL level greater than 40, you can subtract one of the risk factors that would put you at risk. Risk factors include smoking, obesity, high blood pressure, family history of heart disease and sedentary lifestyle.
